Deposits are non-refundable

CHARGEBACKS
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Legal advice

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients acknowledge they are fully responsible for:

Personal decisions

Emotional wellbeing
-
Actions and results
-
Implementation of strategies
Jackée Creative Group LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
3. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Clients agree:

To attend sessions on time
-
To provide reasonable notice for cancellations

That missed appointments may be forfeited
-
That rescheduling may be limited
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Clients agree:

Payments are due before services begin

Payment plans must be completed as agreed

Deposits are non-refundable

Late or failed payments may result in suspended services
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain confidentiality.
However, confidentiality may be broken if:

Required by law

Safety concerns arise

Fraudulent activity occurs

Coaching services are not emergency services.

Resell

Share materials without permission
8. RECORDINGS & CONTENT
Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
If recordings or replays are provided, they remain for personal use only.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jackée Creative Group LLC is not liable for:

Emotional distress

Lost income
-
Business outcomes
-
Personal decisions
-
Indirect or consequential damages
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Illinois.
